Master student nominated on the The Editors’ shortlist for the 2013 IEHF Liberty Mutual Award for the best paper published in Ergonomics 2012

– Published 14 March 2013

We know that our students produce master theses of high academic standard, and we often encourage them to go ahead and prepare a paper for a scientific journal based on their findings. This is what Karen Raymer, an anesthesiologist by profession, decided to do. Together with her supervisors James Nyce and Johan Bergström she prepared a review article which was so analytically well written that it was published in the peer reviewed journal Ergonomics.

But not only was it published. We are happy to announce that Karen Raymer has, together with her supervisors, gotten nominated on the The Editors’ shortlist for the 2013 IEHF Liberty Mutual Award for the best paper published in Ergonomics 2012.

Karen's paper is found following this link to Ergonomic's website.

We are now crossing our fingers hoping that it will indeed be Karen's analysis which will be chosen in competition with the other eight papers nominated for this award.

We do plan to publish a list of the different papers that have gotten published in peer reviewed journals based on analyses conducted in our program. Stay tuned!
